Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the microSEO website and platform. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and microSEO, a product of Boulder SEO Marketing (“microSEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site at microseo.ai or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
1. Who we are
microSEO is an SEO and GEO software product operated by Boulder SEO Marketing, based in Colorado, United States. References to “Services” in these Terms include our website, any beta or early-access program, our software platform, and any related tools, content, or communications we provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Beta and early-access programs
Parts of the Services may be offered as a beta, preview, or early-access release. Beta features are provided as is and may change, break, or be removed at any time. We may limit the number of users, add or remove features, or end a beta program without notice. Beta access does not guarantee continued access after general release.
4. Accounts and access
If we provide account access, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@microseo.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law.
- Use the Services to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services except through features we provide for that purpose.
6. Fees and payment
Some Services may be free and others may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, the price, billing cycle, and terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If any part of the Services is currently offered at no charge, we reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with notice.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content, data, keywords, and materials you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
8. Our content and intellectual property
The Services, including the microSEO name, the Micro SEO Methodology, software, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are owned by Boulder SEO Marketing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. AI-generated output
The Services may use artificial intelligence to help generate content, recommendations, and workflows. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before you rely on or publish it. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or any specific business result.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools, search engines, and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result will be achieved.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, microSEO and Boulder SEO Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless microSEO, Boulder SEO Marketing, and their owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
